Product Exchanges
To exchange an item, first submit a return request for the original product.
Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
Product availability and pricing may change before the replacement order is placed.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must remain unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include valid proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Refunds Are Processed After Product Inspection
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are paid by bank transfer.
Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@asadspares.com.

Refund Processed
The approved amount is returned to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the approved amount is paid by bank transfer.
